Summer Update 2022

Hello Everyone

I hope you are doing well in this crazy, topsy turvy British weather. 

I wanted to give you a little update about what is going on with classes and where you can find me over the summer.

Classes:

Zumba Gold will be on every Monday at 6.30pm through the summer.  The dates that I will not be teaching are:

Monday 8th August – as on holiday

Monday 29th August – bank holiday

Zumba Gold Toning will be on every Thursday at 6pm through the summer.  The date I will not be teaching is:

Energie Fitness Kettering - Energie Fitness Gym Owner - énergie Fitness |  LinkedIn

Thursday 11th August – as on holiday

If you were interested in something higher impact,  I teach Zumba Fitness at Energie Fitness in Kettering on a Tuesday night at 7pm. 

You do not have to be a member – non-members can attend for £5 per session.  If you are interested please contact either me or contact Energie Fitness Kettering directly through their website or on  01536 511966

Promotion:

Between now and 1st September I am running a BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE promotion.  This also includes children / grandchildren! 

If they are new to class and have been thinking about getting in shape,  bring them along and their first class will be FREE.

If they come back for a 2nd week then that week your class will be FREE. If you bring 2 people you will get 1 week FREE for each of them. 

If you bring 12 new people then the whole summer will be free for you and I will love you forever! 

Other News:

Mum and I completed Race for Life at Milton Keynes last Sunday!  Read about it in my new blog post out this Sunday on my website www.stepforwards.co.uk

And keep reading as I will be running a series of summer blogs to help keep you motivated through the summer, and give you the opportunity to get to know me a little bit better!

You will also, I’m sure, be pleased to know that I have renewed by first aid certificate.  I would still urge you to be very careful at class and to make sure that you are feeling well,  but if the worst happens, I should be some-what prepared!
