I’m a week and a half into my challenge. I am starting to settle into a good routine. Have I got everything right? Absolutely not – but I am making progress and that is what is important.
This is 5 things that went right, and 5 things that need improvement, in my first 2 weeks of health and fitness:
What Went Right
- I love Autumn food – and my daily dose of porridge and fruit is going down really well.
- Despite my sleep being terrible my energy levels have been balanced and consistent.
- I hit 10 000 steps a day.
- I have started working out how to fit more steps into my weekly routine which is helping hugely.
- Zumba classes have been so much fun! I’ve laughed and smiled in all of them.
What Needs Improvement
- My sleep has been all over the place. On the whole I have felt less tired, but I have also not slept well at all and on Sunday I crashed completely.
- I did not hit my weight training target.
- I am not utilising mornings yet.
- My archery has been a little off the last couple of weeks and although still enjoyable not as productive.
- I cleared a space for the rowing machine – but haven’t actually used it yet!
